Desired Qualifications:

Active National Certification as a Music Therapist Ability to obtain and complete fingerprint (background check) and drug screening as required by the district Prior experience working with children or in school-based settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative, patient, and adaptable approach to therapy

Responsibilities:

Provide music therapy services to students based on their individual needs and goals Serve a caseload of 7 students (seen every other week), focusing on direct interventions Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other therapists to optimize student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Participate in meetings and coordinate with other professionals as necessary
