Key Qualifications:
Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or equivalent) Valid state licensure as required Recent experience in nuclear medicine imaging, including quality assurance and safety protocols Strong proficiency in operating PET/CT, SPECT, and gamma cameras Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders Administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines Assist in patient care, answering questions, and providing reassurance throughout the procedure Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes Monitor equipment functionality and report any issues promptly
