Schedule/Hours:

Five 8-hour shifts per week (5x8s)

Qualifications:

Certification and registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist required Experience performing a range of nuclear medicine imaging procedures Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and best practices Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities Effective communication skills for working with interdisciplinary teams Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities:

Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently to capture high-quality nuclear medicine images Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals accurately, following established guidelines Monitor patients during procedures and provide explanations to ensure comfort and cooperation Maintain thorough records related to patient scans and radiopharmaceutical inventory Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to achieve accurate diagnostic results Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, infection control, and regulatory compliance in all activities
