Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of nuclear medicine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures following physician orders and departmental guidelines. Operate and maintain specialized imaging equipment ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety. Effectively communicate with patients, explaining procedures and addressing questions or concerns. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. Accurately document patient information and maintain records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Adhere to safety standards regarding radioactive material handling, infection control, and radiation protection.

Desired Qualifications:

Active certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT-N). Current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain. Previous experience in an imaging or hospital-based nuclear medicine role.
