Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced nuclear cardiology imaging, including SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT, with outstanding technical and clinical proficiency. Provide patient-focused care, clearly explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety throughout each exam. Acquire and process diagnostic images, execute daily quality control, and manage radiopharmacy operations in compliance with NYSDOH guidelines. Document patient data with accuracy in the eRecord CUPID system, adhering to all regulatory and safety standards. Collaborate closely with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and multidisciplinary team to implement innovative technologies and continually enhance laboratory protocols. Uphold integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence in alignment with professional values. Lead and execute SPECT blood flow, cardiac amyloidosis, hybrid SPECT resting, and PET sarcoid/viability studies.

Qualifications:

2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience Minimum 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience NYS Radiologic Technologist License NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification

Preferred:

Bachelors degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program
