This is a relaxed CRNA position providing twilight anesthesia only—no general anesthesia. The cases involve healthy patients and are generally straightforward and uncomplicated . While the procedures themselves may run longer, CRNA coverage is typically needed for approximately 6 hours per day , and the CRNA is generally not required to remain through the end of the procedure . On most days, the CRNA can expect to leave by approximately 2:00 PM .

Responsibilities Duties:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments pre-operatively, including vital signs, medical history review, and physiology evaluation to determine appropriate anesthesia plans. Monitor patient vital signs continuously during procedures using advanced medical equipment and EHR systems to ensure stability and safety. Manage airway interventions effectively, be ready for emergency scenarios. Maintain strict compliance with nursing procedures, HIPAA regulations, and hospital policies related to patient care and medical documentation. Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to medication administration protocols and safety measures.
