The CRNA will provide high-quality anesthesia care within a collaborative surgical environment supported by experienced physicians, nurses, and procedural professionals. Position Highlights Permanent, full-time CRNA position Annual salary range of $306,000-$332,000 Established anesthesia-care program Hospital and procedural case exposure Collaborative clinical team Competitive benefits package Potential bonus and relocation assistance Central Valley location with access to Sacramento, the Bay Area, and Yosemite Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments Review patient histories and diagnostic information Develop individualized anesthesia plans Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care Manage patients throughout the perioperative process Monitor physiological responses and intervene appropriately Support postoperative recovery and pain management Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and procedural teams Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation Follow applicable quality, regulatory, and patient-safety standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility Current BLS and ACLS certifications PALS certification when required Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply Compensation and Benefits Annual salary: $306,000-$332,000 Final compensation based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive employee benefits Bonus and relocation assistance may be available Apply confidentially through HealthYes Staffing Network.
