Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for our client in Michigan!

Responsibilities:

Provide hospital-based CRNA coverage for a Trauma Level 2 facility handling a large variety of general and complex surgical cases. Administer anesthesia across diverse specialties including Ortho, GI, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, ortho trauma, acute trauma, ENT, robotics, and healthy pediatrics. Manage clinical care across all age groups and demographics within a high-volume setting averaging 80-100 surgical cases daily. Utilize Epic EMR system for clinical documentation and patient care management.

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) comfortable with pediatric patients. Active Michigan state license

Coverage Needed:

ASAP - Ongoing full-time weekday coverage (no weekend need).

Shift Structure:

Monday - Friday, 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch); No Call.

Credentialing Time Frame:

60-90 days (no temporary privileges available).

Skills:

Advanced clinical proficiency in managing complex surgical case mixes, trauma care, and pediatric anesthesia. Strong capability in navigating high-volume hospital-based operating room environments. Expertise in delivering anesthesia for robotics, neuro, acute trauma, and subspecialty procedures. Proficient in Epic EMR system navigation and accurate clinical documentation. All travel expenses are reimbursed by our client and Orchard covers malpractice insurance with tail coverage!
