The facility maintains established perioperative protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery. About the Facility Location Wadena, Minnesota offers a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to diverse interests. Visitors may explore Black's Grove Park, which features trails for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing, as well as the Alley Art Project, Green Island Sculpture Park, and the Minnesota Barn Quilt Trail. The area also features lakes, a historic depot museum, and local craft beverage options including several breweries and a cidery housed in a repurposed grain bin. About the Clinicians Workday Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Wadena, Minnesota, performing spinals, epidurals, TAP blocks, and peripheral nerve blocks across a range of surgical procedures. Call coverage runs from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM every third night and every fourth weekend, with a 30-minute response time required. Clinicians will work independently within an all-CRNA model, managing cases with full autonomy in collaboration with surgical and nursing teams. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
