Role Overview:

Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to deliver anesthesia care in a respected hospital setting. This full-time position features an updated minimal call schedule, with call taken from home requiring only a 30-minute response time; overnight call is rare. Both new graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply, with an advanced sign-on bonus available for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including pre-anesthesia assessments and documentation. Participate in ongoing professional development. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to anesthesia services. Review laboratory data and initiate anesthesia appropriately. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical staff across various departments including OR, outpatient centers, endoscopy, cath lab, interventional radiology, and MRI.

Qualifications & Skills:

Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing. Certification as a RN Anesthetist. Minimum of 2 years of experience; supervision experience preferred but not required. Master's Degree in Nursing is preferred. This role offers competitive salary starting at $243,500 for new grads, with additional earnings through call and overtime pay, along with a $30,000 sign-on bonus.
