What You'll Do:
Provide anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures Pre-op evaluation, intra-op management, post-op care Collaborate closely with surgical teams, OR staff, and anesthesiologists Participate in protocol development and quality improvement initiatives Mentor and support novice CRNAs and residents
