EpicClinical Responsibilities General anesthesia OB anesthesia Epidurals Surgical scheduling May involve CRNA supervision Must be comfortable practicing in a rural critical access settingRequirements Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA Active New York license required Epic experience required BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or RQI) Residents and Fellows will not be consideredCredentialing Emergency privileges availableAdditional Information Agency-branded CV required at submission Work history must be current with no gaps greater than 30 days Provider statement required for any malpractice history, including dismissed cases"
