• Career growth and professional development within a leading health care organization Purpose The CRNA provides anesthesia care in collaboration with the supervising or medically directing physician and follows Department of Anesthesiology standards, hospital policies , and regulatory requirements.

This role includes pre-anesthetic evaluation, anesthesia administration, patient monitoring, post-anesthesia care, and peri-anesthesia clinical support. Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across the perioperative continuum
• Monitor patient response to sedatives, analgesics, and anesthetic agents and communicate concerns promptly
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, operating room staff, and care team members
• Support quality improvement, documentation, compliance, and education of new CRNAs, GRNAs, and SRNAs
