Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services in a leading hospital setting. This full-time position features an updated minimal call schedule , with call taken from home and a 30-minute response time. New graduates are welcome, with an advanced sign-on bonus . The base salary begins at $243,500, with additional pay for call and extra hours, plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus and an optional $1,500/month advanced bonus for students. An annual call bonus of $15,000 is offered, and CRNAs are not contracted.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing Minimum of 2 years of experience (supervisory experience not required) Current RN Anesthetist certification
