00 Description & Requirements Advocate Health is seeking a weekend obstetrics, part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our esteemed Anesthesiology Team at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center , located in the vibrant community of Elkhorn, WI . This position offers a supportive team environment, and the chance to practice in a nationally recognized hospital. Clinical Duties Preoperative evaluation of the obstetric patient, labor analgesia and neuraxial techniques, appropriate anesthesia and analgesia modalities for c-sections. Additionally, the provider is responsible for narcotic accounting and distribution, as well as performing various patient positioning and transporting duties. Highlights Part-time opportunity (0.4 FTE) with a recruitment incentive: Eligible candidates may qualify for an FTE-adjusted sign-on bonus based on applicable program and commitment requirements. Work locums at non-Advocate Health locations Training and/or Experience Required Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and Nurse Anesthetist certification (CRNA) issued by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration issued by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required, or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)/American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required.
