ABOUT MARIPOSA
Mariposa Menopause Specialists is a women's health practice in Madison, AL dedicated to helping women feel like themselves again throughout perimenopause and the menopausal transition. We provide personalized hormone therapy, weight management, and whole-body wellness care in a warm, patient-focused clinic setting, working alongside a supervising OB/GYN so every patient receives evidence-based, physician-guided care.WHAT YOU'LL DO
See patients for initial and follow-up visits across Mariposa's hormone therapy, weight management, and wellness programs Evaluate patients, order and interpret labs, and prescribe and manage medications (hormone therapy, GLP-1/weight-management medications, and related treatments) following the practice's protocol-driven standing orders Deliver care within Mariposa's structured visit protocols, including initiation and outcome-evaluation visits Build and adjust individualized care plans based on patient progress and lab results Collaborate closely with the RN and MA team and coordinate with the supervising OB/GYN on escalations or care outside standard protocol Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentationWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active PA or NP license in the State of Alabama with prescriptive authority Comfortable practicing within established, protocol-driven clinical guidelines Experience in women's health, hormone therapy, weight management, or a related outpatient setting preferred Strong patient communication skills and bedside manner Detail-oriented with strong clinical documentation habits Genuine interest in healthy living and passionate about helping women be their best selvesWHAT WE OFFER CME
