Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Direct Primary Care Connect Health Direct Primary Care | Prattville, AL Part-Time or Full-Time Connect Health Direct Primary Care is a growing, physician-owned DPC practice looking for a NP or PA to join our team. We offer a different approach to primary care — more time with patients, less insurance hassle, and a focus on quality relationships rather than high-volume medicine. What You'll Do Provide primary and urgent care Manage acute and chronic conditions Perform wellness/preventive visits Prescribe medications and review labs Perform minor office procedures as appropriate Provide patient education and telehealth when appropriate Build long-term relationships with patients Maintain appropriate medical documentation What We're Looking For Licensed NP or PA in Alabama Board certified/eligible Comfortable practicing independently Strong clinical and communication skills Friendly, reliable, and patient-focused Primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care experience preferred Schedule & Growth Part-time or full-time opportunities are available. Part-time providers can start with a limited schedule and increase hours as the practice grows. Full-time is also available immediately for the right candidate.
