About HealthStar House Calls HealthStar House Calls brings high-quality primary care directly to patients in their homes. Our program serves patients who face barriers to accessing traditional office-based care, including seniors, individuals with chronic medical conditions, and those with limited mobility. Salary:

Starting at $90,000. Range increases with experience. Bonus opportunities available.

Position Details Employment Type:

Full-Time Schedule Monday - Friday Day Shift No nights No routine weekend coverage Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in their homes. Perform assessments, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness. Interpret laboratory and diagnostic results. Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, home health agencies, hospitals, caregivers, and community resources. Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention, medication management, and chronic disease care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to improve patient outcomes and reduce avoidable hospitalizations. Qualifications Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Current and unrestricted Arkansas APRN or PA license. DEA registration and prescriptive authority. Minimum of two years of family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, primary care, hospital medicine, or related clinical experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary care team. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the service area.
