• Our recently expanded Verrado Health Center combines the resources of a large health system with the feel of a neighborhood practice.

Providers build long-term relationships with patients while working in a collaborative, team-based environment designed to support quality care and provider well-being. This expansion allows us to accommodate continued community growth while maintaining strong operational support, efficient workflows, and a modern practice setting.

• Minimum Qualifications
• + Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (Arizona license eligible) + 2+ years of primary care experience as an

FNP + DEA

with prescriptive authority + Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care

• Compensation & Benefits
