We provide hands-on support, a collaborative environment, and a steady, manageable pace to help you build confidence as you transition into practice. ⸻ What You'll Do Perform comprehensive health assessments, including physical exams and medical histories Interpret lab results and diagnostic tests to guide treatment plans Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions Prescribe medications and therapies within the Arizona NP scope of practice. Educate patients and families on disease prevention, lifestyle changes, and health maintenance. Collaborate closely with our MDs, NPs, and support staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. Contribute to practice-wide quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives. Maintain thorough, timely documentation using our EHR system (eClinicalworks). ⸻ What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited MSN or DNP Nurse Practitioner program. Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona. National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC). Valid DEA license and eligibility to prescribe in Arizona. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred. Clinical competence in primary care, with a strong foundation in assessment and diagnosis. Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care. Team-player mindset with a desire to grow in a collaborative environment.
