The Opportunity We are seeking an outstanding Arizona-licensed MD, DO, PA-C, or NP-C to join our Gilbert clinical team. This opportunity is well suited for a provider who is interested in developing expertise in hormone optimization and medical weight management while building long-term relationships with patients. Hormone replacement therapy is the primary focus of our practice. We also provide a variety of medical weight management options and limited primary care services. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients for hormone replacement therapy and weight management Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options and long-term wellness Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members Schedule & Hours This is a full-time provider position at our Gilbert clinic .

Current schedule:

Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m

MD, DO, PA-C, NP-C

Do you currently hold an active DEA registration required to prescribe controlled medications? How many years of experience do you have practicing as a licensed healthcare provider (MD, DO, PA, or NP)? What level of experience do you have evaluating or managing patients receiving hormone replacement therapy? What level of experience do you have treating patients for medical weight management (such as GLP-1 medications, lifestyle counseling, or other therapies)? In your most recent clinical role, what was your average number of patients seen per day? This role includes spending time educating patients about hormone therapy, wellness, and treatment options. Are you comfortable conducting patient visits that include detailed education and discussion? If selected, when would you be available to begin employment? What interests you about working in hormone replacement therapy and/or medical weight management? In a few sentences, describe your overall philosophy toward patient care and how you approach building trust and long-term relationships with patients. This position requires working in person at our Gilbert, Arizona clinic. Are you able to reliably work at this location? This position requires a fixed schedule of Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Tuesday added beginning in February. Are you able to consistently work this schedule?
