Review Intake Paperwork:
Providers have time to decide if a patient is a good match in terms of acuity and their willingness for treatment. Incomplete intakes are canceled automatically, and a patient on the waitlist is placed in the canceled slot to keep your schedule full.

Work closely with our Medical Director and dedicated support staff to review cases, answer clinical questions, and provide the best possible care to your patients.
What You'll Do Psychiatric Evaluations:
Our patients include children and adults aged 6-55, with 40% being children and 60% adults.
Medication Management:
Treat ADHD and related conditions using appropriate medications, typically including stimulants and non-stimulants for ADHD, antidepressants, mood stabilizers, and non-controlled substance sleep aids. We do not offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and benzodiazepine prescriptions are infrequent.
Appointment Schedule:
Psychiatric evaluations last 90 minutes, and medication management appointments are 20 minutes.
Education Initiatives:
Providing education to patients and their families about ADHD and related conditions to enhance understanding and support.
Collaborative Approach:
Partnering with a dedicated team to uphold high care standards and enhance treatment protocols continuously. What You'll Need Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Unrestricted license to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) in the state of Arizona. Valid DEA number and unrestricted DEA license in Arizona. Preferred experience (but not required) as a licensed and certified PMHNP, treating children, adolescents, and adults. Comfort prescribing stimulants and other controlled substances for the treatment of ADHD. Willingness to work out of Gilbert, AZ office. Passion for mental health care and a strong desire to learn and specialize in ADHD treatment.
Compensation & Benefits Type:
1099 contractor with revenue split based on patient visits.
Rate:
$125/hr.+
Hours:
32-40 per week with flexibility to choose your schedule (hours per day or days per week).
Payout:
