You'll evaluate and follow patients with cardiovascular and vascular conditions, review diagnostic testing and imaging, manage medications, provide patient education, and help coordinate treatment plans and follow-up care. The patient population includes individuals with hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, venous disease, and other common cardiovascular conditions. You'll work closely with experienced physicians, APPs, and clinical staff rather than practicing in isolation.
