Job Description

Location:

Prescott, AZ - Outpatient neurology clinic (

EMR:

Cerner).

FTE:

1.0.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Lunch 12:00 PM-1:00 PM (paid) Core responsibilities: Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up visits. Conduct neurological consultations and assessments. Evaluate and manage a broad range of neurological conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans; coordinate patient care. Document patient encounters accurately and timely in Cerner. Perform EMGs and read EEGs, if credentialed/qualified. Administer Botox injections for migraine treatment, if credentialed.

Qualifications:

Active Arizona license.

Either:

Nurse Practitioner:

AANP or ANCC certification, or

Physician Assistant:

NCCPA certification. Comfortable providing outpatient neurology evaluations and consultations. Neurology experience preferred. Procedural/diagnostic experience (EMG, EEG interpretation, Botox for migraines) preferred.
