This is a weekday clinic opportunity with a variety of neurology consultations and diagnostic responsibilities.

Schedule Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM-4:30

EMR:

Cerner Responsibilities Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up visits. Conduct neurological consultations and assessments. Evaluate and manage patients with a variety of neurological conditions. Perform EMGs as qualified. Read EEGs as qualified. Perform Botox injections for migraines if appropriately credentialed. Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner. Requirements Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

NP:

AANP or ANCC certification.

PA:

NCCPA certification. Active Arizona medical license . Neurology experience preferred. Must be comfortable providing outpatient neurology evaluations and consultations. Additional procedural/diagnostic experience such as Botox for migraines, EMGs, and EEG interpretation preferred.
