Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) you will deliver exceptional primary care in an outpatient-only setting within our Maricopa Clinic in Phoenix. Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Demonstrate experience or strong interest in telehealth/virtual care delivery. Comfortable working with patients virtually and assessing conditions without a direct physical examination when appropriate. Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular After-hours Outpatient Call (by telephone only) is minimal (3-4 weeks/year)

Outpatient:

36 patient-facing hours/week with scheduled patients and 4 hours per week dedicated administrative time to take care of "tail" of practice and engage in teaching, quality improvement, and service related activities Avg 18-24 patients per day on 8-hour outpatient days Great MA support + RN onsite Opportunities to get involved in both sponsor and investigator initiated research projects Participate in teaching students (Physician Assistant Studies, Nurse Practitioner students, Medical Students as applicable) when caring for patients We are offering a competitive salary, full benefits, CME allowance, Malpractice with tail coverage, and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
