Peoria and Paradise Valley, AZ Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Pain Management Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in the West Valley. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert pain management care, utilizing advanced clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of pain treatment modalities. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team to deliver personalized, effective pain relief strategies, improving quality of life for our diverse patient population. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized pain management plans that incorporate interventional treatment plans with both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies. We practice all cutting edge treatments currently available in pain management including both insurance-based care and regenerative medicine. Administer injections include trigger points, botox, and simple joint injections if qualified. Collaborate in a supportive environment with your physician yet have the ability to work independently. We are a young practice so you will actually have a seat at the table. Your input is valuable to our growth and your engagement is critical for our success. Therefore, partnership track will be considered for advanced practice providers if desired. Utilize eClinicalWorks to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Interpret diagnostic imaging studies for patients including MRIs, CTs, xrays, and EMGs. Educate patients on pain management options, medication use, lifestyle modifications, and self-care strategies. Experience Prior experience working in pain management settings or related specialties such as spine or orthopedic surgery is highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Eclinical Works. Knowledge of E&M coding for accurate billing and documentation purposes is required. Strong understanding of anatomy and pharmacology related to pain management. Join us in transforming pain management by expert care that makes a real difference! You will never work more than 40 hours per week. We are technically open 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM but there may be days you won't have a full schedule so you can leave early which serves for a nice work-life balance. No weekends. No nights. No holidays. Minimal call. Competitive pay based on experience. Partnership Track available Will consider part time employees if you can commit to at least 3 days per week (minimum 8 hrs each day). PTO + sick time. All Major holidays off. We are not risky prescribers. Your license will not be at risk at our practice. We do not prescribe higher than 90 OME for our chronic pain populations. Most of our patients aren't even on opioids. We are a highly interventional pain management practice with over a decade of experience serving the Valley.
Pay:
$130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
