Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Skills Proven experience working as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on behavioral health or psychiatry. Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses, pharmacology, and treatment modalities including psychopharmacology. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks for documentation and patient management. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Ability to perform physical examinations, vital signs assessment, and medication administration confidently.
