This is a chance to practice high quality neonatal care with real autonomy in a supportive, well structured Level II NICU caring for babies 32 weeks and up. Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) play a central role in newborn care from delivery attendance to daily management while collaborating closely with an on call Neonatologist.
What NNPs Do:
Manage and care for infants in a Level II NICU Attend all C sections and high risk deliveries Evaluate and care for all newborns Practice independently with daily phone rounds with the on call Neonatologist Enjoy a role with variety, responsibility, and strong clinical Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) ownership
