Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to establish accurate diagnoses of patients with acute and chronic pain Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating medication administration, injections, IV infusions, Manage acute and chronic conditions such as pain management Provide telehealth consultations and triage services to deliver timely care and guidance remotely. Chart in Eclinical works Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification in advanced practice nursing. experience with pain management and opioid prescribing experience with evaluating common pain pathways and evaluating for interventional procedures.

Pay:

$135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
