The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning across diverse clinical settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and utilize advanced clinical skills in a dynamic environment. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care, managing complex cases, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients adult, and geriatric populations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members. Prescribe medications following HIPAA guidelines, DEA regulations, and state-specific scope of practice laws. Manage acute and chronic conditions. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems. Provide patient education on disease management, medication administration, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications. Experience Proven clinical experience working in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated expertise in medical office management with familiarity of EMR/EHR. Knowledge of CPT coding for billing purposes alongside ICD-10 coding standards to ensure accurate documentation. Prior experience working with diverse patient populations.
