09/03/2026 Job Description Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and enjoys working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. This position offers an opportunity to practice in a supportive environment while delivering comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages (or specify patient population). Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and practice guidelines. Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients and families. Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR). Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices. Qualifications Required Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of California. DEA registration (or ability to obtain). National board certification appropriate to specialty. Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred, if applicable). Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Preferred 1-2 years of clinical experience (new graduates may be considered). Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR). Bilingual skills (if applicable).
