Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Provider to join our healthcare team. This role offers flexible scheduling with hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday-1 week of call every 3-4 months . In this position, you will provide care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting and utilize telemedicine as needed. Also, available 4 hour shifts. Working just 4 days per week qualifies you for full benefits, with a competitive salary ranging from $225,000 to $300,000 annually, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Needs to see 25 to 30 patients per day, 1 week of call every 3-4 months. Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic pediatric illnesses Prescribe necessary medications and treatments in accordance with patient care plans Perform comprehensive physical exams for pediatric patients and assess their health Develop and implement pediatric patient management policies and procedures Facilitate referrals to specialists and medical facilities as necessary Collaborate with physicians and specialists on patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Educate parents and families on child health, wellness, and preventive care
Qualifications:
Active California License (Required) Board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or PA or MD or DO OR General Pediatrician OR Family Practitioner EHR Experience Required New grads welcome Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both children and parents Loan repayment How to
