09/03/2026 Job Description Job Description The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will perform a wide range of medical duties under physician supervision, focusing on chronic pain patients and specializing in interventional pain management procedures. This role involves patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ordering necessary diagnostics, while collaborating closely with physicians and the healthcare team across multiple office locations. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and physical exams Obtain and review medical histories Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies Perform interventional pain management procedures such as trigger point injections, joint injections, and Botox after training Order diagnostic tests including MRI, X-ray, EMG/NCV as needed Document patient care accurately in the HER Tebra electronic health record system Ensure proper billing and coding using CPT codes Coordinate care among multiple offices and collaborate with the healthcare team Perform other duties as required to support patient care Required Qualifications Medical license in good standing with the State of California DEA license in the State of California ACLS certification Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in clinical patient care Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Experience or training in interventional pain management procedures Proficiency with electronic health records documentation (HER Tebra preferred) Knowledge of billing and coding (CPT) practices Excellent collaborative communication and time management skills Effective problem solving and patient care coordination abilities Bilingual a PLUS Ability to Perform Interventional Pain Management Procedures after training Botox Trigger Point Injections Joint Injections 5

Los Angeles Pomona Covina West Covina Rancho Cucamonga Travel is required for training, but possible multiple offices with set schedule
