You ll work alongside dedicated medical assistants, RN support, behavioral health, chiropractic services, and telehealth consult resources to deliver comprehensive, community-centered care. • Full-time 5x8 schedule
• $12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly for meeting 9-patient per clinic target
• Up to $44,000 annual additional bonus potential for higher patient volumes

• Base salary ranging from $148,627.20 to $168,553.60 annually
