We are seeking an experienced Family Practice NP/FNP or PA to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a team-based setting. What You'll Do Provide primary and preventive care for adult and family patients Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions Develop treatment plans and coordinate referrals and follow-up Perform appropriate office-based procedures Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives What We're Looking For Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program California license or eligibility 12+ months of clinical experience preferred Primary care or family practice experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills Why Apply?
