We pair aesthetic care with functional, whole-body wellness—peptides, HRT/TRT, and personalized optimization—to help every patient look and feel their best. We're starting small (in a private Sola Salon suite) and growing intentionally, and we're looking for a founding provider who wants to grow with us. The role As our Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you'll deliver exceptional, personalized care across longevity services like pharmacy grade peptides with lab testing, HRT/TRT, functional medicine, personalized aesthetics (if desired). You'll build genuine relationships with patients, guide them through their optimization journeys, and help shape an experience unlike anywhere else in the community. This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll start part-time with a clear path to full-time 1099 employment by January 2026 as we grow. This role is a great fit whether you're… An aesthetics provider (injectables, Botox/tox, fillers, med spa) curious about crossing over into peptides, hormone optimization, and functional wellness A provider already passionate about functional and regenerative medicine with no former training Someone eager to build expertise across both worlds If you have experience in one area and interest in the other, we want to hear from you.
