What You'll Do As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you will: Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions Deliver preventative care, screenings, and patient education Support mobile and community-based outreach initiatives Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with a high-functioning care team to ensure continuity and quality of care Who You Are We are looking for a strong clinical partner who is: A licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in California Specialized or experienced in Family Medicine Confident, organized, and efficient in both clinical and outreach settings Passionate about serving diverse and underserved populations A team-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment Adaptable and energized by innovative care delivery models What We Offer A meaningful role with direct community impact A supportive, positive, and efficient team culture Flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options The opportunity to shape and grow a community-focused care model Compensation $135-$138 per hour OR Per-patient compensation model (based on experience and provider preference)Interview Process Interviews will be held Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday from 1:00-3:00 PM All first-round interviews will be virtual panel interviews Ready to Lead and Serve?
