Qualifications:

Active California FNP or PA license, experience in primary care preferred, proficiency with EMR systems, strong clinical and communication skills, and knowledge of chronic disease management. This full-time or part-time role offers a base pay starting at $135,200/year, with benefits including insurance, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
