Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting serving employees and their dependents (ages 2+). This role focuses on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care, including preventative services, chronic disease management, and health education.

7:00 AM 5:00
PM Tuesday & Thursday:
10:00 AM 7:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM 12:00 PM Key Responsibilities Perform physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and screenings Assess and diagnose acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation (Athena EMR) Collaborate with healthcare team members in accordance with state guidelines Minimum Requirements Active Nurse Practitioner license in California National NP Certification (AANP, ANCC, or equivalent) Minimum 2 years of primary care experience Ability to treat patients ages 2 and up Current DEA registration Board Certification (BC) required BLS certification required Active dispensing license (if required by state/client) Current CPR certification (if applicable) Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in employee health or occupational medicine Strong communication and patient engagement skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
