Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care, blending evidence-based medicine with lifestyle and preventive strategies. Partner with physicians, nurses, and concierge staff to create a warm, seamless patient experience. Incorporate hospitality-inspired touches into daily workflows so each visit feels personalized and uplifting. Support prevention through screenings, counseling, and patient education. Ensure accurate documentation and maintain compliance with RHC and state/federal standards. Engage with the community, extending Stallant's mission beyond the clinic walls. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing; active California NP license, or Master's degree from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program with active California PA license. IEHP Credentialed (Strongly Preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills Genuine passion for whole-person wellness.
