About us: Xcel Men's Wellness is a men's health clinic focused on men's health and wellness, with an emphasis on hormone therapy.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with experience in men's health and hormone therapy. The role is part-time with some flexibility. Pay is $75-$85 per hour depending on experience. The role focuses on patient evaluation, treatment planning, and management of testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and related wellness services. You will help patients understand their hormone levels and develop personalized plans to improve their hormone health. We are a clinic that is looking to make it simple for men to feel their best. Duties:
Conduct patient consultations and assessments Order and interpret labs Recommend and adjust treatment plans Educate patients on treatment protocols Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Collaborate with supervising physician and clinic team to ensure quality and compliance Stay current with updates in men's health and hormone therapy Maintain HIPAA compliance
Qualifications:
Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in California (required) DEA license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Preferred:
Experience in men's health, hormone therapy, or endocrinology Familiarity with TRT, peptide therapy, and wellness services Comfortable with ordering/interpreting labs and developing treatment plans What we offer: Paid Time Off Flexible schedule Bonus incentives based on performance and clinic growth
