09/03/2026 Job Description Job Description Profile This mission driven healthcare organization has a long standing presence in the California Bay Area and recently expanded to Lynwood. Their clinics are modern, spacious, and designed to provide comfortable, patient centered care. Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish speaking, and the mission is to deliver affordable, high quality healthcare to the local Hispanic community. Responsibilities Serve as the sole on site provider, with off site supervising physician and medical leadership available by phone. Work with a dedicated medical assistant who supports patient visits, charting, and documentation. Use CarbyOS, an AI powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden. Provide routine, low acuity medical services to a dedicated patient panel, averaging 15-20 patients per day.
Deliver services including:
Routine primary care Annual physicals Sick visits Minor injury care Sports and employment physicals Vaccinations Qualifications Active California NP or PA license. Ability to see patients of all ages. 3+ years of primary or urgent care experience preferred. 2+ years of family medicine experience. Fluency in Spanish is required. Requirements (as noted by job poster) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license. 3+ years of medical practice experience.
