CarbyOS, designed to reduce administrative workload Position Overview This is an autonomous APP position where the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be the only provider on-site. The provider will have remote support from: Supervising Physician Lead APP / Medical Director Support available by phone as needed Each APP is supported by a Medical Assistant who assists with patient visits, charting, and documentation.
Patient Volume Average:
15 to 20 patients per day Patient population: All ages Primarily low-acuity, routine medical care Dedicated patient panel Primary Responsibilities The APP will provide routine primary and urgent care services, including: Routine primary care Annual physical examinations Sick visits Minor injury care Sports physicals Employment physicals Vaccinations Other routine, low-acuity medical services Required Qualifications Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Must be able to see patients of all ages Must be fluent in Spanish Minimum 2 years of Family Medicine experience 3+ years of Primary Care or Urgent Care experience preferred 3+ years of medical practice experience Key Candidate Requirements Must Have Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant California license Fluent Spanish Experience treating patients of all ages Family Medicine experience Preferred 3+ years of Primary Care or Urgent Care experience Position Highlights Autonomous practice environment 15 to 20 patients per day Medical Assistant support Remote supervising physician and Medical Director support AI-powered EMR On-site pharmacy and laboratory Strong focus on serving the Spanish-speaking Hispanic community
