This passionate, mission-driven organization is a long-standing presence in the California Bay Area healthcare market, and has recently expanded to Lynwood, CA. Their locations are spacious, modern buildings with comfortable areas dedicated to each medical provider. Appproximately 95% of their patients are Spanish-speaking and their mission is to deliver the most affordable, high quality healthcare possible to the local Hispanic community.POSITION DESCRIPTION
This is an autonomous position in which the new Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (APP) will be the only provider on-site, with an off-site supervising physician and Lead APP / Medical Director accessible via phone when needed. Each APP is supported by a medical assistant who helps with all patient visits, including charting and documentation. The clinic uses CarbyOS, an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden. The practice also has a dedicated pharmacy and lab. The APP provides routine, low-acuity medical services to a dedicated patient panel, seeing an average of 15 to 20 patients per day. The services of the practice include, but are not limited to:- routine primary care
- annual physicals
- sick visits
- minor injury care
- sports physicals
- employment physicals
- vaccinations Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new APP must be fluent in Spanish.
REQUIREMENTS
- California NP or PA license
- ability to see patients of all ages
- 3+ year primary or urgent care experience preferred
- must be fluent in
Spanish Pay:
$70.00- $85.
