Spravato & Psychiatric Medication Management Manhattan Beach, CA The California Neuropsychiatric Institute is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Manhattan Beach clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician interested in outpatient psychiatry, treatment-resistant depression, Spravato (esketamine), and modern interventional psychiatric treatments . Position Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits Provide psychiatric medication management Evaluate patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and other psychiatric conditions Evaluate and manage patients receiving Spravato (esketamine) treatment Complete pre-treatment and follow-up assessments for Spravato patients Monitor clinical response, tolerability, and treatment progress Collaborate with the supervising psychiatrist and clinical team Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other treating clinicians when appropriate Follow applicable prescribing, controlled-substance, and Spravato REMS requirements What We Are Looking For Active California NP or PA license PMHNP certification preferred for nurse practitioner applicants Psychiatric experience strongly preferred Comfortable conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication-management visits within scope of practice Interest in treatment-resistant depression and interventional psychiatry Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a collaborative outpatient environment Practice Focus Our practice provides: Psychiatric medication management Spravato (esketamine) Treatment-resistant depression care ADHD evaluation and treatment Anxiety and mood disorder treatment PTSD treatment Interventional psychiatry services Schedule Part-time We are particularly interested in clinicians who can provide a combination of medication-management visits and Spravato-related clinical care at our Manhattan Beach office. Location Manhattan Beach, California This position includes in-person clinical work at the Manhattan Beach office. Compensation Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications.
