A fast growing primary care clinic is looking for Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) to join the team to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care.

www.allyclinics.com; Our Google reviews: https://g.co/kgs/oyYL6Bx Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care Conduct physical exams, assess patient history, and order diagnostics Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Prescribe medications and treatments within scope Perform minor procedures as appropriate Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance and preventive care Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated patient care Develop and implement a management plan Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/EHR system Requirements NP or PA degree Active California NP or PA license and certification DEA license ​​At least 1 year of NP or PA experience Able to see patients of all ages Valid BLS (AHA) certification ​​Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Have strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and attention to details Maintain current license, registrations and/or certifications Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards Report to work on time and as scheduled Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times Benefits 401 (k) match Kaiser health insurance Paid time off and holiday pay Growth and advancement opportunities User friendly EHR/EMR Paid malpractice insurance and license renewal CME reimbursement and paid CME leave
Pay:
$70•$85 per hour ($145,600•$176,800 per year)
Schedule:
Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (8:00 AM•5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
