• 220K inclusive of salary, and incentive bonus. Eligibility for NHSC Student Loan Repayment Plans $75K+.

• Champion Patient Care
• Provide Urgent Care coverage to patients in need within our FQHC network.
• Enhance Clinical Operations
• Streamline processes to improve patient flow, satisfaction, and provider efficiency. Vista Way Quick Care location open from 10am-7pm Monday-Friday.
• Providers generally see 3-4 patients per hour, in 15min blocks | Flexible Scheduling opportunities

platform. What We're Looking For

• Strong background in Urgent Care Required. At least 2 years of practice experience, post-training experience
• Active California Medical License. Current and Unrestricted DEA
• Board Certified with either AANP or NCCPA
• Commitment to Patient-Centered Care & Health Equity.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (Preferred but not required).
