Full Time Additional Compensation Opportunties:
- Base salary range: $142,000 to $170,000 (for full time, 36 scheduled clinic hours)
- Earn up to an additional $27,000 bonus annually (prorated for part-time employees
- paid quarterly)

Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner is an integral part of the clinical care team providing primary care services to the patients and families served by PCHC.Essential Duties:
Provides comprehensive, high quality and cost-effective primary care services to a diverse population in a patient and family centered environment. Within the course of a primary care visit prescribe appropriate medications, order necessary screening and diagnostic tests, and confers and refers for specialty care, when necessary. Performs health assessments and physical examinations for adults and children, develops patient plans and works with patients/families to develop self-management goals. Maintains the safety and security of the patient/family's Personal Health Information and is compliant with HIPAA standards. Ensures all proper documentation is present in the patient's medical record. Submits billing codes that reflect diagnosis and the nature of the patient visit. Functions on a rotating basis as clinician on-call during after-hours. Participates in all safety programs which may include assignment to an emergency response team. Participates in Quality Improvement Initiatives and provides input on the development of policies and procedures which impact the health delivery service. Complies with all mandatory trainings.Job Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate of an approved nursing program as a Nurse Practitioner- Master's preferred. Current and active license in the State of California as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner Specialty certification Current DEA license Current CPR certification as a healthcare provider Proficiency with a EHR Bilingual (English/Spanish)
