Medical Qualifications Education & Qualification Requirements:

Current Registered Nursing (RN) License required Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University required Master's Degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program Active registration as a Nurse Practitioner by the California Board of Registered Nursing Certification from a national accrediting body, such as the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) (e.g. Family Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, etc.) Alternatively, eligibility within 90-days of hire Active Nurse Practitioner Furnishing license Alternatively, eligibility within 90-days of hire Active DEA number and "X" Waiver to prescribe buprenorphine products Alternatively, eligibility within 90-days of hire Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Demonstrated experience and education in providing care for clients with mental health and substance use disorders. Other duties as assigned.
